We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere. Spring Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Member Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager of Member Growth, you will leverage the end-to-end product design process to increase the number of people who utilize their Spring benefits, find the right care, and improve on Spring’s member platform. You will co-lead your pod, partnering with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to execute Spring’s product strategy through experiments and other investments to remove mental health barriers worldwide. Please note that candidates for this position must be based in the Seattle metro area and be willing to commute 2-3 days a week when this role transitions to a hybrid schedule in 2026.
