About The Position
Spring Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Member Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager of Member Growth, you will leverage the end-to-end product design process to increase the number of people who utilize their Spring benefits, find the right care, and improve on Spring's member platform. You will co-lead your pod, partnering with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to execute Spring's product strategy through experiments and other investments to remove mental health barriers worldwide.
