As a part of the TikTok UED Monetization Product team, you will work with the Insights and Guidance portion of advertiser and revenue tools. This role is crucial in improving our advertisers' understanding of our tools and platforms, delivering actionable insights when and where they need them. The team is dedicated to easing and inspiring clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities, and create value with TikTok. You will utilize qualitative and quantitative studies to collect user feedback, fostering a deep understanding and empathy for our customers. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet business needs. In this role, you will need to have an analytical mindset combined with a product design perspective to deliver the right insights to advertisers in their workflow. Understanding complex multi-user and multi-role productivity workflows is essential, as is the ability to identify areas for improvement. You will serve as a strong voice in a multi-partner ecosystem, guiding Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers towards more effective solutions. Clear information architecture is vital to make data and information clearer and more effective, and you will be responsible for designing high-fidelity UI and UX specifications to communicate requirements to your engineering team. Additionally, you will contribute to high-level strategic decisions alongside the product team and apply your design thinking skills to other areas of the platform, including Research, Marketing, product education, and customer success.
