Role Overview As Senior Product Designer I, you play a key role in elevating the product experience through holistic, system-oriented design. You independently lead design initiatives that span across multiple teams or product surfaces. You leverage your deep understanding of design systems and customer behavior to create impactful experiences that solve real problems. You are a cross-functional partner who thrives in ambiguity, guiding product and engineering partners to arrive at thoughtful solutions rooted in research and strategy. You influence the team through best practices and push the bar on design quality while mentoring others and shaping the team’s craft standards. Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or mobile-first environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, product impact, and strong execution across platforms
  • Fluency in Figma and design system tools (i.e. Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook)
  • Working knowledge of front-end development and platform-specific constraints for web, iOS, and Android
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas
  • Conduct deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction
  • Define and drive design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Establish and uphold design standards by contributing to and evolving our design system
  • Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at various levels
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior designers
  • Partner cross-functionally to align teams on product vision and execution
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, metrics, and evolving user needs
