About the Role At HubSpot, we’re working to reimagine marketing as we know it today. With AI changing the game for everyone, we’re designing the future of how marketers work. Building on the power of our smart CRM, we’re tackling bringing together the right content marketing tools for marketers. As a Senior Product Designer I on our Editor Product Group, Scale Marketing teams, you'll help design and drive strategic outcomes across a key piece of our product. You'll shape how customers build their marketing content. This includes: Seamlessly blend both visual and AI based editing experiences Work across many teams at HubSpot to build the right framework for editing content Translating complex content editing needs into intuitive and delightful user experiences that directly impact a key product area.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Design Craft Expertise: To stand out in the application process, share a portfolio that showcases depth of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact on users and the business, especially in complex, scalable, or platform environments.
  • Please include at least three recent case studies highlighting these strengths.
  • Collaborative Designing: A history of working well with a group of designers towards a shared vision. Influencing that vision is a bit plus.
  • Adaptability & Change Readiness: Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in the face of change. You’re energized by new challenges and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • AI & Automation Experience: Excitement to work with (and continue learning about) AI and automation—whether to elevate customer experiences or optimize how we design and deliver.
  • Growth Mindset: A genuine drive to constantly learn, share knowledge, and help yourself and others get better, every day.

Responsibilities

  • Own End-to-End Experiences: Take charge of projects that impact one or more Core Hubs—from discovery to ship and iteration—delivering solutions that are beautiful, frictionless, and truly customer-centered.
  • Design With Craft and System Thinking: Build and refine UI, flows, and journeys that unify the experience across Hubs. Champion patterns, reduction, and clarity—so complex tasks feel as effortless as they are powerful.
  • Leverage Data, Analytics, and AI: Use smart data and customer insights—including automation/AI where it creates genuine value—to inform, validate, and measure design decisions.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with PMs, engineers, researchers, and product designers, to balance user, business, and technical needs. Influence the broader org through partnership and storytelling.
  • Measure, Learn, Iterate: Define success for every project, ship fast (and right), and continuously improve based on user and business outcomes.
