Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing products for technical audiences.
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing polished, real-world work.
- Deep empathy for the learning and exploration processes of developers.
- Ability to move fast, iterate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of understanding both systems and intricate interaction details.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Highly proficient in Figma and contemporary design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, conversion, and retention.
- Own and evolve onboarding and early product experiences within the cloud dashboard and core product.
- Identify where developers stall or drop off and turn insighs into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams to transition from insights to implemented changes.
- Design across various surfaces, including the cloud dashboard, in-product education, and developer onboarding content.
- Balance speed and quality to ensure usability without compromising craftsmanship.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalable growth initiatives.
