About The Position

As a Product Designer on the Drive team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and other XFN partners to build outstanding logistics and delivery experiences for dashers, merchants, and consumers. You’ll work on 0 to 1 product areas, influence long term strategy and vision, and solve challenging design problems that sit at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. You will report into the Design Manager for Drive, under the Dasher organization. This role will have a hybrid work model, working from one of our offices once a week.

Requirements

You are a senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience
You are all about 0 to 1, and enjoy driving clarity in ambiguous spaces
You are hands-on and passionate about contributing to product strategy and vision for new product areas
You think of yourself as a craftsperson, have a passion for visual design, and usually find yourself sweating over the details

Responsibilities

Define vision and strategy in a fast-growing, 0 to 1 product space
Own product areas end to end, contribute to product strategy, run design sprints, and craft visions
Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs
Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Influence your team's approach to product development, shaping the team's culture, processes, and practices.
