Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and remain effective in evolving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
  • Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards.
  • Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback.
  • Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers.
