Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes 
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Tableau in a reporting/BI/analytics context
  • Proficiency with SQL to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data used in reporting
  • Experience delivering solutions using Tableau Server/Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices for Python-based development (e.g., version control and automation of build/test)
  • Strong ability to translate defined business requirements into clear metric definitions, scalable reporting logic, and intuitive dashboards
  • Strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail (definitions, lineage, refresh logic, and reporting inventory)

Nice To Haves

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Proficiency with Alteryx
  • Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar agile/test management tools
  • Experience driving measurable efficiency improvements in reporting through automation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Deliver reporting to support real-time, daily, sprint-based, and monthly performance visibility
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of published reporting assets, including documentation and versioning
  • Establish and uphold standards for documentation, refresh cadence, and change management
  • Identify and implement sustained automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and improve quality
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality reporting
