About The Position

As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Banking, Geospatial Area Product, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Expertise knowledge of JIRA and confluence tools, with ability to build dashboard – especially those requiring data structure setup
  • Experience working with multi-level management and complex organizations and pull data for analysis
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving complex initiatives forward
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management; ability to synthesize large amounts of information, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trends
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work with minimal oversight

Nice To Haves

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • Prior experience working within a real estate domain
  • Experience with geospatial data and tooling including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Carto, Wherobots, or QGIS

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development; maintains epics and stories in JIRA, evaluating readiness and outcomes, and proceeding with additional iterations, develop and prioritize a product backlog, and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)
  • Works with business application owners and development teams to define business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, End-2-End testing, and operational readiness
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
