About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to be a data-driven partner for product teams, influencing key business and product decisions with actionable insights. The Senior Product Analyst will own analytics for high-impact areas such as client experience, marketplace dynamics, and growth initiatives, while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset to uncover hidden opportunities and guide strategic decisions. You will also help build scalable data infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and reporting tools that empower teams across the organization. This fully embedded and flexible position allows autonomy while supporting multiple domains, creating a significant impact on product and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Proven experience embedded in product teams, driving real-world product decisions with data.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling, with hands-on experience in Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, or payments
  • technical proficiency with Python/R
  • experience with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for critical product and business domains, providing insights that inform strategy and execution.
  • Partner with embedded product squads to shape decisions from hypothesis development to post-launch analysis.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses of user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketplace dynamics to surface actionable opportunities.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests, ensuring rigor while supporting rapid product development cycles.
  • Build and maintain analytical infrastructure using modern tools (Redshift, dbt, Airflow, Tableau) to centralize and democratize insights.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for previously untracked areas to guide decision-making over time.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
