About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to support the Upgrade Personal Loans team with data-driven insights and experimentation. This role will be instrumental in designing and analyzing A/B tests, conducting product performance analysis, and ensuring Product Managers have accessible, actionable data to drive strategic decisions. In this role, you'll drive data-informed product decisions that directly impact Upgrade's personal loan offerings and customer experience. You'll build the analytical foundation that enables the Product team to optimize conversion rates, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth. Your work will be essential in helping Upgrade maintain its competitive edge in the personal lending space through rigorous experimentation and data-driven product development. This role will be based in our San Francisco or Wilmington, Delaware office in a hybrid capacity, 2-3 times per week.
