About The Position

We need a Senior Producer who knows how to make big ideas happen in a fast-paced, D2C environment. You’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into finished work by managing the people, budgets, timelines, and risks that make it possible. You’ll work closely with our Growth and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life—overseeing production companies, crew, and editorial while protecting the integrity of the idea from kickoff through final delivery. You understand scale: from $500K broadcast productions to $10K lean social shoots, you know how to match the approach to the ambition without losing quality.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of production experience; Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Channel Expertise: Proven track record producing across TV/Broadcast and Social Media platforms.
• Management: Extensive experience hiring and overseeing production companies, technical crews, and post-production/editorial teams.
• Budgeting: Expert-level skill in managing and actualizing budgets from $10K up to $500K.
• Operational Strength: Strong organizational skills with a focus on repeatable processes.

• Healthcare Plus: Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or regulated D2C industries is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Production Architecture: Translate creative ideas into executable production plans across TV, Digital, and Social channels.
• Vendor & Crew Leadership: Direct and manage production companies, freelance crews, and editorial teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Scalable Oversight: Oversee the full spectrum of production, from large-scale, high-gloss campaigns to nimble, "run-and-gun" social shoots with minimal crews.
• Fiscal Stewardship: Manage production budgets ranging from $10K–$500K, maximizing every dollar to ensure high craft without waste.
• Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate challenges early—whether budget, timeline, operational, or healthcare compliance—and solve for them before they impact the work.
• Process Engineering: Create organized, repeatable workflows that keep timelines tight and creative standards high as our portfolio grows.
• Protect the Craft: Production should elevate the idea, not water it down. You are the guardian of the final output’s quality.
• Solutions-First: When something gets complicated or regulated, we simplify it. You find the "yes" in the mess.
