About The Position

CoolGames is looking for a Senior Producer to take the reins on improving and expanding our catalogue of high-quality HTML5 casual games, from that first spark of an idea to global launch and beyond. As a key driver in our production teams, you’ll be overseeing talented developers, game designers, artists and quality assurance engineers in their day-to-day work, to deliver top-tier products for many established and fast growing new gaming platforms. About the Role As Senior Producer, you’ll own the full production lifecycle, guiding ideas from early concept all the way to live operations. You’ll be the heartbeat of your team: organizing, motivating, and ensuring that every milestone is hit with excellence and energy.

Requirements

• 7+ years in production or project management for casual or F2P games (HTML5 or mobile preferred).
• Proven success leading teams of up to 25 people.
• A solid portfolio of previously released casual games that you’re proud to show.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong command of Jira and modern project management tools.
• Data-savvy: you know how to measure success and act on key metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in game or product design: you understand how gameplay connects to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to create engaging, high-quality HTML5 games.
• Drive agile development processes: running standups, reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Spot challenges early and find smart, practical solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date documentation of plans, progress, and decisions.
• Play a key role in shaping the success of our studio’s future projects.
