Lead end-to-end creative development and production for Venmo's largest brand, product, and partnership campaigns. Manage all agency partners through briefing, scoping, creative development, production, post-production, and final delivery. Build production plans, timelines, staffing models, workbacks, and deliverable frameworks. Uphold creative excellence through daily reviews and alignment with Brand and Executive Creative Leadership. Drive cross-functional coordination with PMM, Brand, Integrated Marketing, Media, and channel partners. Act as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, legal, finance, and external partners. Communicate timelines, blockers, risks, decisions, and approval paths with clarity. Translate business objectives into actionable creative and operational strategies. Drive alignment, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure smooth execution across complex initiatives.
