About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Producer / Production Manager to lead and oversee digital production processes, ensuring high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments. This role combines production leadership, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The Senior Producer will work closely with business development, creative, and technology teams to deliver compelling solutions, manage resources, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and hands-on problem solver with a passion for driving seamless execution across cross-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Producer, Production Lead, Project Manager, or Account Manager within creative or digital agencies.
  • Proven expertise in digital production processes and creative technology, including OLA, OLV, CRM, websites, animation, and illustration.
  • Strong leadership skills with 1+ years managing and growing cross-disciplinary teams or supervising multi-person projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital production workflows, from pre-production through delivery, with hands-on experience in project bidding, scheduling, billing, and resource management.
  • Well-versed in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), with certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or SAFe considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with other creative and production tools.
  • Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with experience building trusted relationships and aligning production strategies with business and creative objectives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess resource availability, match skill sets to project requirements, and break down complex efforts into manageable tasks.
  • High level of collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with agency and client stakeholders, serving as a strategic partner on opportunities and projects.
  • Translate creative vision and business goals into clear production requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee projects from briefing to delivery across formats such as OLA, OLV, CRM, websites, apps, and business decks, ensuring quality control.
  • Manage project bidding, scheduling, and billing processes.
  • Lead resource allocation and track availability across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Conduct weekly account status meetings and participate in daily production stand-ups to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with craft leads and technical teams to design production solutions and workflows.
  • Introduce new tools, technologies, and workflows (motion graphics, CG, AR, websites, banners) to improve efficiency and elevate creative output.
  • Support the PM team in managing workload, priorities, and processes.
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, clearly presenting production strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure best practices in digital production, identifying and resolving obstacles that threaten project viability.
  • Mentor and coach production team members, providing performance feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee the delivery of final assets to trafficking partners, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to streamline project management and enhance collaboration.
