About The Position

We are practitioners, facilitating a strategic social-first approach to modern media. As a Senior Producer/Editor I, you’ll lead and execute across all phases of short-form content creation—from live-action production through to post—helping our partner brands tell compelling stories optimized for social performance. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is equal parts editor, producer, and creative problem-solver. You’ll be responsible for editing dynamic, platform-native videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more—infusing each cut with impeccable pacing, rhythm, sound design, and brand fluency. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio and are adept at pivoting between visual styles and tones while maintaining consistently high production value. You’ll also help lead on-set execution—supporting directors, setting up gear and lighting, and ensuring production days run smoothly and creatively. You understand that great content starts on set, and you bring thoughtfulness and proactivity to every phase of the process. You will work closely with producers, designers, and content leads to align on creative direction and manage multiple timelines. You are comfortable interfacing directly with client teams, presenting work with clarity and confidence, and applying feedback with grace. You’ll report to Team Lead, Production and work closely with producers, designers, and content leads across the team.
