About The Position
The PXP Senior Producer supports the clients and ideals of PXP/BBH, all under the vision of their Head of Production. Reports to a SVP/Group EP or HoP, depending on creative agency department needs & structure. The Senior Producer is responsible for approaching all projects with a creative mindset with a focus on adding value to the work. In addition to fundamental producer skills, to be on the Production team requires solid critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion for guiding creative ideas from brief through project launch. The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions of work that pushes creative and technological limits and experience in delivering a variety of integrated projects completed on time, within budget and to the highest level of creative standards.
