The successful candidate will play a critical role in formulating procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the acquisition of IT hardware, software, and telecommunications services that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Formulate procurement strategies for acquiring IT hardware, software, and telecommunications services, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive research and evaluations of potential vendors to identify suppliers offering the best value, considering both cost and quality.
• Produce detailed procurement reports and analyses to support informed and data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to accurately understand their IT and telecommunications requirements, ensuring the timely and precise delivery of necessary products and services.
• Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers through continuous communication and performance evaluations, establishing long-term contracts that are mutually beneficial.
• Utilize strong legal knowledge and contract negotiation skills to draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, focusing on securing favorable pricing, warranty terms, service-level agreements (SLAs), and liability clauses.
• Leverage strong knowledge of IT products, services, and telecommunications to make informed procurement decisions and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders.
