About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience or equivalent in sourcing raw materials, negotiating annual / quarterly pricing and volume agreements, collaborating with key suppliers to align on 120-day demand forecast, leading the development of a standard purchasing policy, and exceptional leadership capabilities to optimize productivity and proficiency. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic procurement initiatives that align with organizational objectives to meet organizational goals. The position is primarily remote; however, travel will be required to support the business on occasion.
