About The Position

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will support the development, measurement, and reporting of supply chain performance across Boeing Global Services (BGS). You will be located in Plano, TX and will help define and maintain supply chain metrics, support dashboard and automation requirements, perform performance analysis, and drive corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize metrics and support supplier performance activities for BGS‑G, Distribution, and BGS‑C.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, supplier performance
  • Practical experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with KPI development (e.g., on‑time delivery, quality metrics) and basic statistical/root cause techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present analysis and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on action items, and work collaboratively in team environments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, supplier performance , or related roles—preferably in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of BGS‑level supply chain metrics and KPIs that align with business priorities.
  • Gather and document requirements for dashboards and automation to streamline KPI reporting and reduce manual effort.
  • Help integrate metric requirements across BGS supply chain functions (BGS‑C, Distribution, and BGS‑G) to promote consistency and simplify analytics.
  • Analyze supplier and internal performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and visualizations for stakeholders and recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas.
  • Assist in defining standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, and performance clauses; support contract reviews as required.
  • Support cross‑functional process improvement initiatives and participate in self‑assessments and audit activities.
  • Help track corrective action plans, verify remediation, and report status to process owners and leadership.
  • Support risk identification and escalation for high‑risk programs; coordinate follow‑up actions with program teams.
  • Communicate findings and status updates to stakeholders at multiple levels in a timely manner.

  • Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
