About The Position

The Senior Procurement Analyst will drive process technology enablement initiatives within ITG Procurement. This role will play a critical part in driving transformation within Procurement by supporting the evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of procurement systems, data and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, experience with procurement technologies, and a passion for using data and systems to streamline operations and enhance stakeholder experiences. In addition, this role requires strong project management and product analysis capabilities to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that align system capabilities to user needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Nice To Haves

  • Certified in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management or Procurement from a nationally recognized institution (i.e., AHRMM, IACCM, ISM, and/or NCMA) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of procurement platforms (e.g., Conga, ServiceCentral, Reporting Dashboards)
  • Ensure high-quality procurement data; support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for internal stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or system-native reporting features
  • Analyze existing procurement workflows and propose improvements enabled by automation, system features, or data integration
  • Monitor adherence to Procurement policies and controls through system-enabled checkpoints and approval workflows
  • Partner with IT, Finance Operations, and business units to elicit platform requirements and align Procurement technology solutions with organizational goals and objectives
  • Create documentation and training materials for new tooling and processes
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed in support of ITG goals and objectives
  • Manage integration, configuration, and testing of procurement platforms across the department
  • Contribute to long-term procurement technology roadmaps
  • Lead efforts to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Develop and execute change strategies for new technology and process rollouts
  • Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis using large datasets
  • Lead demos and presentations to increase awareness of Procurement products and processes
  • Provide continual operational support to Procurement, field, and cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with executive audiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned
