Senior Process Operator (2nd Shift)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of chemicals used in assigned processes.
- Completion of site‑specific safety and operator training.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or plant experience.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to complete 40‑hour hazardous waste operations training
Responsibilities
- Follow all workplace safety policies and product quality guidelines.
- Read and follow documented processes and procedures.
- Monitor equipment throughout the shift to ensure proper operation.
- Load and unload deliveries to/from regional branches.
- Enter required documentation into computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs when needed.
- Contribute to overall division performance and results.
- Support internal and external customer needs and expectations.
- Bag products, prepare samples, and perform testing.
- Manage spent carbon feed to the reactivation furnace.
- Switch tank feeds between spent‑carbon tanks.
- Calibrate pH probes.
- Operate a filter press.
- Run the facility wastewater treatment plant.
- Sort bottles by size and resin type.
- Operate a forklift to move bottles/materials throughout the plant and on/off trucks.
- Evacuate bottles and create resin batches.
- Fill and conduct quality tests on SDI products (full start‑to‑finish process).
