The Senior Process Manager, Cash Operations is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily workflow as a member of a team that facilitates various systems and implementations focused processes and initiatives. This individual will support routine processes across a variety of tools/systems utilized to forecast and order cash for ATMs, Branches, & CML/SBB customers. This role includes routine engagement with 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate systems and implementations focused activities and continuous improvements as required to deliver against our metrics and drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.
