The position involves managing the schedule of new product development to ensure the on-track realization of a qualified product. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day works of every matrix lot to ensure on-track delivery, supporting the NPI team in setting up necessary mask/process/workflow for both front-end and back-end processes, and supporting failure analysis activities for identified issues. The role also requires leading efforts to drive production ramp-up readiness by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness of chip design and specifications, new equipment, process flow, documentation, and test database infrastructure. Additionally, the position involves supporting the product engineering team to drive yield improvement on characterization issues and performing design/process/test experiments to provide corrective actions on identified failure modes during new production development.
