About The Position

The Sr Process Improvement Engineer will lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies for improvement. The engineer will collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes. Close collaboration with department leaders and cross-functional teams is essential to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The engineer will also provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to other PI Engineers, staff, and teams. Monitoring the success of implemented process changes is crucial, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement. Additionally, the engineer will create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management.
  • Master Level Degree.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Process Improvement strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of Health Care Management strongly preferred.
