About The Position

Hire, develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of process engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting career growth. Establish and maintain a best‑in‑class HVM DRAM Wet/CMP area with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and global teams to qualify new facilities, transfer processes, and drive alignment on yield and quality improvements. Extensive semiconductor experience (10+ years), ideally in HVM, TD, or operations-based teams. Strong supplier management skills, including handling vendors and implementing accountability programs. Proven leadership and communication abilities, with excellent coaching, mentoring, and verbal/written skills. Ability to build team culture aligned with company core values and solid understanding of manufacturing structures, standards, and processes. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with equivalent experience. Proven experience leading process engineering team in an HVM/TD facility (5+ years). TD background with a penchant to be in HVM will also be considered. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach. Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership in driving collaboration between different teams.
