We're seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our operations through innovation, mentorship, and expert technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of technical and operating experience in refining, lubricants, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong background in plant process engineering and troubleshooting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in PSM, planning, or other process-related disciplines.
  • Deep knowledge in crude processing, hydroprocessing catalysts, distillation, and utilities systems.
  • Proficiency with process control systems and simulation software.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and refining systems to track and improve unit performance, including feedstock quality, yields, energy use, product quality, and corrosion rates.
  • Providing technical expertise in refining processes, including crude/feedstock processing, hydrotreating, sulfur recovery, and utility systems.
  • Leading and participating in troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and technical investigations to resolve operational issues.
  • Supporting capital projects through process design input, technology assessments, and equipment modification reviews.
  • Mentoring early-career engineers and contributing to technical training and best practice sharing across the company.
  • Partnering with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Operations Excellence (Op Ex) teams to ensure safety and performance goals are met.
  • Driving continuous improvement by influencing process standards and adopting cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
