About The Position

The Senior Process Engineer role will monitor and improve the quality of Beehive’s operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class AM team in a company that offers stability and growth while working on challenging and innovative ideas.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
Have 5+ years of experience in process engineering, product engineering, development engineering, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Having an additive manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance of assigned processes and product lines
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
Collaborating with operations managers, process technicians, and other engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements for identified problems
