Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
Apply Six Sigma tools such as DOE and structured problem-solving.
Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in process development or improvement.
Collaborate across functions in technically complex environments.
Develop equipment and fixtures from concept through to production.
Communicate effectively and manage time to meet project deadlines.
Remain open to occasional travel up to 20%.
Develop and implement innovative process and product solutions.
Understand DFM, design control, quality systems, and product development (PLCP).
Apply medical device design and new product development experience.
Work effectively with contract manufacturers and/or material suppliers.
