Inviting applications for the role of Senior Process Associate, Depowder Support. In this role, you will engage with Manufacturing and engineering teams to drive cross-functional collaboration to plan, execute, and track projects under the product line program, ensuring alignment with overall business and customer objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in manufacturing or aerospace preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment; additive manufacturing experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with powder-handling safety, PPE usage, and environmental controls (ATEX compliance is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow digital work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform post processing operations for the client on a daily basis.
  • Conduct routine daily / weekly inspections on equipment per business needs
  • Prepare layouts of parts for inspections and build mapping per requirements
  • Responsible for identifying any deformations, damage, cracks, and other criteria described within training
  • Participate and collaborate in adhoc projects running at the shop
  • Perform depowdering of additively manufactured aerospace parts using manual and automated processes (e.g., air blasting, vacuum systems, sieving).
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to handling fine metallic powders (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
  • Inspect parts post-depowdering for completeness and readiness for downstream processes (e.g., heat treatment, machining, NDT).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of depowdering workstations and equipment.
  • Support powder recovery, recycling, and documentation procedures in accordance with internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize depowdering processes.
  • Record process data accurately in production tracking systems (ERP/MES)
