The Senior Procedure Data Analyst will lead efforts to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of procedure data across the business. This analyst will be responsible for ensuring our procedure data has strong controls and meets all SOX compliance requirements. This analyst will partner closely with the Digital and IT organizations to create analytics, new business processes, and data governance around procedures. This highly visible role will be part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Reporting team, and own OnSite Procs, several procedure controls for external reporting, and other key analytics around procedure data for the company.

  • Play a key role in prioritizing Digital P360 releases by assessing their impact and alignment with business goals.
  • Help the organization (Digital, IT, etc.) understand the broader implications of Digital implementations on the company and reduce risk to internal processes and external reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between finance, digital, and IT teams to ensure alignment of objectives and effective communication of data-driven insights.
  • Leverage analytical skills to surface insights that will inform Digital product design, revenue recognition, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Work across ambiguous and evolving datasets, leveraging strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to drive alignment and resolve conflicts between stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and execute process improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital and IT teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data issues.
  • Create and implement robust monitoring frameworks to anticipate and address potential data problems before they impact business operations.
  • Ensure procedure reporting is complete, accurate, timely and in compliance with SOX.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant data analysis, data science, business analytics, or finance experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, including experience building complex data models, ability to generate insights and help with decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership, relational, and communication skills, ability to synthesize information, resolve conflict, drive consensus, and reach conclusions.
  • Deep analytical skills, a strong ability to work with complex data, and excellent ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Intellectually curious and self-motivated.
  • Quick learner and ability to drive successful results with limited supervision.
  • Fast, high-quality execution of quantitative work with attention to detail.
  • Regularly anticipate future challenges and business needs, and anticipate follow-ups and secondary implications.
  • Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
