Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely. While the scheduled shift follows a 9/80 (8am-5pm EST), the candidate will be expected to occasionally work extended hours during various project phases. To support our Supply Chain, we need to establish firm, fixed long term pricing agreements with numerous suppliers. These agreements include terms and conditions, which typically require negotiation and regular updates. As a Senior Principle Contracts & Terms Negotiator, with support from Procurement Compliance and Legal, you will be responsible for the negotiation of Proprietary Information Agreements and Terms and Conditions in support of the Global Category Management Negotiation projects that supports the wider Procurement community.

  • Negotiate Proprietary Information Agreements and Terms and Conditions.
  • Establish firm, fixed long term pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Compliance and Legal.
  • Support Global Category Management Negotiation projects.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
  • 8 years of experience with NDAs/PIAs and government and/or commercial contracts.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR requirements.
  • Superior organization skills.
  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
  • Sound interpersonal skills; ability to interface, coordinate and influence all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Sound ethical judgement when interpreting policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Microsoft 365 Office knowledge (Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
  • Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of Distribution Logistics.
  • Knowledge of Blanket Ordering Agreements/Long Term Supply Agreements.
