We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives in our OCI Security Platform team. You will work across multiple teams to plan and deliver on a new trusted security platform to help keep our customers secure. This is a high-visibility, quick paced role that requires a TPM adept at keeping multiple workstreams running, while driving execution and delivery of milestones daily. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator who can prioritize appropriately, drive clarity, and work well with people at all levels. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across a variety of teams to identify and implement the right mechanisms to deliver on the vision of our future state. Must have Qualifications: 10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs 15+ years of experience in program/project management, release management, or related field Program Management Leader who run large cross OCI programs independently and represent the org and program needs in all exec forums Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders) Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands. Expertise in leading technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation Proficient in project reporting, with a focus on fostering interdepartmental communication.
