About The Position

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence. The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who is proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates strong ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working cross-functionally with Product Development teams, Product Management, technology leaders, as well as their operations teams to deliver Products. You should possess a strong background in program management within technological environments, with a track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale initiatives. Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable metrics are crucial for success in this role. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of projects—including tool implementation, process development, analytics and reporting automation, and establishment of case management tools and related processes.

Requirements
