At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), we build the future of the cloud for enterprises as a diverse team of fellow creators and inventors. We act with the speed and attitude of a start-up, with the scale and customer-focus of the leading enterprise software company in the world. OCI Cloud Compute is looking for an analytics-oriented Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be part of the team delivering industry leading AI and general IaaS offerings by driving critical projects for the Cloud Compute New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This team is responsible for leading and delivering the introduction of all new cloud compute products and SKUs, including those leveraging CPUs, GPUs, and Storage, from roadmap forecasting, product definition, development, qualification, and manufacturing at scale, to general availability for customers. This role will operate as a group leader across our organization, partnering with other leaders within Compute, Hardware Development, Supply Chain, Networking, Data Center, Region Build, Service Organizations, and Operations to define and iterate on new product processes, as well as drive critical NPI initiatives for complex cloud compute offerings. This role requires the ability to work well with others (cross-functional engagement and unifying towards a common goal are regular activities), use high judgment and business acumen to clarify ambiguous project requirements and resolve issues, and manage up and down (reporting to both senior executives and directly enabling engineers). The Cloud Compute organization operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and requires the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, project planning, and the presentation of alternatives. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. They will have wide-ranging experience, including hardware and software delivery, cloud hardware development, supply chain, networking, security, compliance, and deployment processes. As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges. We've partnered with industry-leaders in almost every sector-and continue to thrive after 40+ years of change by operating with integrity.
