WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Management and work closely with Business and HR Leadership Teams. You’ll collaborate with Talent Management Business Leads, Business HR (BHR) Partners, Executive Search / Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Talent & OD Practice. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Sr. Principal, Talent Management brings strong executive presence and the maturity to navigate relationships with the Talent Management Leadership team and Senior Business HR. This individual excels at fostering trust and alignment within top-tier leadership. Your business and financial acumen enable leadership to deliver talent plans tailored to meet business objectives, including experience in strategic workforce planning and execution. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON The Sr. Principal, Talent Management will mainly focus on Operate, Enable, and Growth functions. This role manages the implementation of Talent Management and Executive Development activities for Nike’s Enterprise Talent Pipelines. Your daily work will involve identifying critical capabilities, creating and maintaining role profiles, conducting talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development, while supporting executive talent meetings and optimizing Nike's talent practices. This role operates within an agile team, allowing for flexibility in line with Nike’s talent cadence cycle.
