  • SME level support for large deployments of Microsoft Exchange environments and messaging systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing Microsoft Exchange servers.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems in Microsoft Exchange environments.
  • Implement backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in system design and changes related to Microsoft Exchange.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to enhance email systems.
  • Providing technical support to end users for software and/or hardware issues.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of system and product solutions.
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline required.
  • 8+ years
  • DoD 8140/8570 IAT III compliance
  • Active Top Secret
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to convey conceptual ideas both written and verbally; Strong problem-solving skills
  • US Citizenship Required
