The Precision Fire & Maneuver Systems Engineering organization is searching for a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, DeepStrike Launcher, Medium Mobility Platform and Autonomous Resupply Vehicle, Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead the development of an autonomous missile launching platform for the DeepStrike Launcher program. The DeepStrike Launcher program is an advanced U.S. Army initiative focused on developing a highly mobile, modular, and autonomous launch platform capable of supporting a variety of long-range precision fires across multiple domains. Designed to enhance battlefield agility and survivability, the DeepStrike Launcher enables remote operation, rapid deployment, and integration with a range of missile systems and sensor networks. Its open-systems architecture and autonomy features support seamless interoperability with Joint and Coalition forces, making it a key enabler for future multi-domain operations. The Autonomous Resupply Truck is a critical support component that will enable sustained operations by autonomously transporting and reloading munitions in the field, operating with minimal human intervention, and will be equipped with advanced navigation, obstacle avoidance, and mission-planning capabilities. The DeepStrike Launcher represents a transformative capability in the Army's modernization efforts, and team members will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of autonomous, ground-launched firepower. This IPT Lead role will lead the development of the common mobility platform and resupply vehicle which consists of the mobility and resupply trucks, their autonomy systems, and the resupply crane. As an IPT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution and successful delivery of a complex product from concept through fielding. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineering disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives, technical requirements, cost, and schedule constraints. Acting as the primary technical interface between engineering, program management, suppliers, and customers, you will drive design decisions, manage risk, and coordinate the integration and verification of the product. In addition, the IPT Lead guides the overall system requirements and architecture design decisions, utilizing the expertise of design teams to inform those decisions, and ensures design compliance and system performance. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration, resolving technical challenges, and delivering a high-quality, mission-ready solution that meets all performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
