What you’ll achieve We are seeking a senior technical expert for complex, data-intensive environments. This role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with proactive solution design, helping customers achieve reliable, scalable, and high‑performance data ecosystems. Develop a complete understanding of customer end-to-end data ecosystems, including Databases, object stores, file systems, and streaming platforms, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, governance frameworks, and AI/ML environments. Drive initiatives that elevate customer experience, platform stability, and long‑term success

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of related experience
  • AI/Data Engineering: Python development, working with datasets, and AI/ML models
  • Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, MongoDB
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, observability/log pipelines, library and runtime environments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Starburst or Trino experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead investigation and resolution of high‑severity, multi‑layer incidents involving infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrations
  • Provide solution architecture recommendations related to performance tuning, resiliency, configuration design, and integration best practices
  • Act as a technical bridge between Customer Support, Product Management, and R&D
  • Escalate defects, influence roadmap decisions, and translate customer issues into actionable product improvements
  • Identify recurring patterns, systemic risks, and opportunities for optimization
