As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be a key player in our sales process, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers. You will leverage skills to demonstrate how our solutions can address complex business challenges and drive significant value. You will partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, design and present tailored solutions, and guide customers through the technical aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business requirements and technical environments.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of the Genesys solution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
  • Lead or support the development and execution of POCs to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate feasibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare comprehensive and accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies trends, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a solution consulting, sales engineering, or similar role, preferably with a SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architecture, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with enterprise software sales methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with complimentary technology such as CRM and databases.
  • Strong understanding of API based applications and cloud security principles.
