About The Position
The AI Core Components organization, part of AI Engineering, is looking for individuals with a passion for Open Source, automation and helping grow the impact of Red Hat's AI offerings for our customers and the community. In the position of Senior Principal Software Engineer you will work with a diverse team of highly motivated engineers on solving complex challenges by designing, implementing and productizing the RHEL AI product. Your focus will be on deep integration of the AI stack with hardware accelerators from leading vendors, and developing the tooling to facilitate rapid development/build/test cycles. This position enables you to impact Red Hat's rapidly growing AI/ML family of products directly. You will work together closely with Product Management, other engineering teams within Red Hat, as well as our partners and key customers.
