Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace Industry experience
• Software & system engineering experience.
• Matlab, Ada, C, Python, Linux, MS Office experience.
• Experience coding in C and Python.
• Experience with emulator environments for software testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and test embedded software in C, python and at times Ada for safety critical applications
• Work closely with systems, hardware and verification engineers to bring ideas to life - from concept to certification.
• Contribute to model-based design in MATLAB/Simulink
• Make sure we stay compliant to DO-178B/C, DO-331, DO-330 - without losing sight of innovation and efficiency.
• Serve as a team member and technical mentor - share what you know, review their code, and keep our standards high.
• Take ownership of challenges, dive into root causes and find smart, sustainable solutions.
