An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for an in-process test subject matter expert to join our semiconductor foundry engineering team within the RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services Department. The successful candidate in this role would work with a group of skilled DC and RF test engineers to test advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps in support of Raytheon’s business pursuits. These road maps consist of both near term efforts on the cusp of transition-to-production, as well as longer term development efforts that maintain a pipeline of innovation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in production testing and III-V semiconductor processing, with a preference for expertise in GaAs, GaN, GaSb, or acoustic devices. Presence on the foundry floor is essential for understanding technical and logistical issues. The role requires a large degree of multitasking with attention to detail while managing priorities depending on the nature of the problems and the commitments to customers and programs. This role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.
