About The Position
The Senior Principal Scientist in Fermentation will lead the Novel Expression Systems (NES) team, focusing on microbial fermentation engineering and process development. This role is integral to the Continuous & Expression Technologies (CET) group, aimed at advancing expression systems for biotherapeutics and vaccines, particularly engineered enzymes. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior scientists, and drive the scientific strategy for enzyme fermentation processes, while also advocating for the organization's scientific work externally.
