About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who moves with urgency, quickly understands complex situations, and devises actionable plans to ensure successful and timely program delivery. This role requires up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex projects against challenging timelines.
  • Proven ability to move with urgency and drive results under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding situations and developing action plans.
  • Travel up to 50% to project sites and partner/customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fast-paced, cross-functional program teams to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Rapidly assess project situations, identifying issues and opportunities, and quickly develop effective action plans.
  • Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
