Requirements

• Deep understanding of the regulatory, clinical, and financial dynamics of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience with U.S. federal and state programs (e.g., CMS, ACOs, value-based care).
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, science, policy, clinical, and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from hyperscalers or major EHR vendors.
• Background in regulatory-heavy healthcare product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of regulatory and clinical data products.
• Support complex regulatory compliance and reporting workflows at scale.
• Map to clinical operations, care delivery, and payer programs.
• Enable global and U.S. regulatory content and policy development to inform product strategy.
• Ensure that our platform helps customers meet evolving regulatory, financial, and quality measurement requirements.
