About The Position

Brook Health is a digital health company that extends health-care-management beyond the walls of doctors’ offices and into people’s homes. The company provides personalized support for individuals living with chronic conditions through a smartphone app that offers AI tools, data collection via connected devices, and real-time access to health coaches. Brook also offers a CDC-approved preventative program for those at high risk for diabetes and SaaS tools for primary care providers for continuous remote monitoring. The company aims to change the approach to chronic condition care management using technology to improve health outcomes. The Senior/Principal Product Manager will lead Brook’s Care Management Platform, defining the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy. This role involves collaboration with engineering, analytics, design, and clinical care teams to ensure the platform meets business goals and user needs. The position reports to the VP of Product Management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related technology products.
  • Prior end-to-end ownership of product driving behavior change or supporting workflow.
  • Experience working on healthcare interoperability is a huge plus.
  • Strong product judgment balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining tradeoffs and decisions.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product vision and strategy to scale Care Delivery through Care Pathways on our Platform.
  • Define the roadmap and requirements for the Care Management Platform across the full product lifecycle.
  • Coach and collaborate across the product management team to deliver great product experiences.
  • Introduce and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance product development.
  • Leverage data to measure impact, drive prioritization, and guide strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams covering assigned product area.
