About The Position

The Senior - Principal Product Manager at Instacart will focus on lifecycle growth by enhancing user experiences for both new and existing customers on the Instacart marketplace. This role involves strategizing how to encourage users to engage with features such as fresh food delivery, IC+ membership, and family accounts, utilizing various tools including incentives and gamification. The position is supported by cross-functional teams in engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive user engagement and adoption of new habits on the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or similar experience.
• Strong project management skills with experience running high-velocity experiments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to convey insights and actions to various teams.
• Ability to generate insights from data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Intuitive understanding of consumer experiences and messaging effectiveness.
