The position is for a Senior/Principal, Product Engineering role, reporting directly to the Product Engineering Manager, with geographical flexibility for home-office work.

Requirements

• 5+ Years working in production or prototyping development positions.
• Experience with either ROS or MavLINK, or another platform demonstrating an understanding of the core vehicle software stack.
• Experience with API design and best practices for REST.
• Demonstrable experience working through ambiguity, navigating uncertain product domains, or becoming involved cross functionally.
• Involvement in technical design review processes, review boards, or similar thoughtful exercises on technical design considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on capabilities for TurbineOne’s autonomous vehicle focused efforts.
• Be part of a team building out simulation infrastructure to behavior modelling.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Management on feature design, delivery schedule and trade off decision points.
• Act as a product owner, shaping the direction of T1’s code and features.
